The Verband der Institutionellen Immobilieninvestoren (Association of Institutional Real Estate Investors - VII), as a voluntary association,represents domestic and foreign real estate investors, who acquire, administer and realize real estate in the course of their business operations or in line with the object of their business.

The VII perceives itself as real estate property supporter and therefore fights for the attainment of necessary returns and for a modernization of the Austrian Tenancy Act (MRG). In addition to this, the Association serves as an information platform for its members.

All officials only work on voluntary basis. The Association is a non-profit organization.

The VII also partners the „Plattform Immobilien Österreich“ (austrian real estate platform) whose members contribute selectively to  real estate law aspects.
