The following may become members:

• Legal entities, which invest in real estate at an institutional level.
• Real estate management companies, which are directly or indirectly owned by the above-stated members.
• Physical persons who are active in the field of institutional real estate investment as consultants, journalists or publishers.

The Board of Directors shall decide upon acceptance of membership.
